Gilles Thomas competed 16 times at the Brussels Stephex Masters. Nine times a “0” appeared on the scoreboard. With his clear round on Friday in the first round of the Nations Cup, Ermitage Kalone and Gilles helped Team Belgium's for their second place. In the difficult GP on sunday, Ermitage Kalone and Gilles jumped to ninth place.

Lavanoche T&L Z and Chuck Marienshof Z also jumped to top-ten places. Qalista DN and Saladin “S” showed good rounds, as did the six-year-old The Lewis van het Heidehof, who made his debut in Wolvertem under Gilles' saddle. The good performances of the past few weeks have now put Gilles in sixth place on the FEI Worldrankings.

In the CSI2*, Ines Van Dijck competed with the seven-year-old Silver van 't Keikelhof. On Sunday, they jumped a clear round in a 1.35m class.
