Gilles Thomas travelled to Basel, Switzerland, last weekend for 5* competition. In the World Cup moto, Gilles and Calleryama (by Casall) got a fault at the beginning of the course and another one at the end at the jump-off of the double. Not the hoped-for result, but Gilles still returns from Basel with a good feeling. The stallion Elfra van Beek Z (by El Salvador) made his debut at 5* level. In the 1.50m class on Saturday, he showed he is ready for the higher work.  Luna van het Dennehof (by Prince van de Wolfsakker) jumped to fourth place in the 1.55m. class on Saturday. 

This week, Gilles is competing in Lier at the 2* competition. We can also already announce that Gilles is heading to the Sunshine Tour in three weeks' time. Ermitage Kalone (by Catoki) will be jumping his first competitions of 2023 under the Spanish sun. 
At the second phase of the BWP Stallion Selection, Ultra Star JM (Ermitage Kalone x Calvaro) and Excelsior Optimus Z (Ermitage Kalone x Bamako de Muze) were given the green light for the third phase. Both stallions showed great things during the free jumping.
