Successful week for Gilles Thomas and Stal Nieuwenhof in Vejer de la Frontera
The final week of the Sunshine Tour on Spanish soil in Vejer de la Frontera resulted in a first and second place for Gilles Thomas in the same 1.50m class on Saturday, Gilles won the class, riding Lavanoche T&L Z. He also jumped the black stallion Elfra van Beek Z to second place. On Friday, he came seventh in a 1.45m class with Qiara de Kalvarie. On Thursday, Happy Landais jumped to silver in a 1.45m class for eight-year-olds. Skip Intro jumped to eleventh place that same day in a 1.40m class. Lavanoche T&L Z had already jumped to first place that day in a 1.50m class. In the 1.40m class for seven-year-olds, the stallion Saladin S won.
