Saladin ‘S’ jumps to third place in the final of the Equilannoo Belgian Stallion Competition

A strong performance by Gilles Thomas with the seven-year-old stallion Saladin ‘S’ in the final of the Equilannoo Belgian Stallion Competition. After his victory in a 1.40m class in mid-February in Vejer de la Frontera, Saladin ‘S’ jumped to third place in Lier. Earlier in the stallion competition, Marthe Heudens had already ridden the bay stallion to eighth place in Zellik. Saladin ‘S’ is a son of Ducati van Schuttershof, out of the Cash mare T-Usambara, who is also the dam of the BWP-approved stallion, Oviedo ‘S’ (by Udarco van Overis) and of Konak, with whom Gilles jumped at 1.60m level.
