Gilles Thomas wins the New York Grand Prix
It was a particularly successful weekend in Jersey (NY). Earlier in the weekend, Gilles and Qalista also took fourth and thirteenth place in 1.60m classes. With Luna van het Dennehof, he jumped to third place in the 1.55m class on Friday.
Gilles is now back home. On Wednesday, he will start the Belgian Championships in Lanaken, where he will defend his Belgian title. He is counting on Qiara de Kalvarie for this. In the World Championships for Young Horses, Gilles will compete with The Lewis van het Heidehof (6 years old), Scotch van het Dennehof (7 years old) and Saladin “S” (7 years old).
