Gilles Thomas immediately rides to fourth place in opening class of Longines Bejing Masters Longines Bejing
Gilles is competing at the Longines Bejing Masters this week, our Belgian Champion is jumping there along with a dozen European riders, on invitation and on non-owned horses. In the opening class built at a height of 1.40m, Gilles jumped to a fourth place with the 10-year-old stallion Nero 'p. The victory was for Galatu Jiri, with Chalano Gold (by Chacco Blue), Zhixian Jiang followed in second place with Jacinthe van Dorperheide (by Winningmood). The bronze was for Bertram Allen with Kick-Off Ag (by Prince van de Wolfsakker). Chinese rider Ruiji Lang rode La Luna Hidalgo J&f to place five. Remarkably the horses from place three to five passed to China one by one via Stoeterij Nieuwenhof. Kick-Off Ag and La Luna Hidalgo J&f were then ridden by Gilles. Jordy Oostvogels rode Nero 'p when he was at Nieuwenhof Stables.
