Gilles Thomas and Elfra Van Beek Z jump to fourth place in Eindhoven's 1.55m GP - sixth place in Belgian Championship Juniors for Ines Van Dijck
Six of the 55 started, combinations jumped to the jump-off of the 3* Grand Prix of Eindhoven. Stal Nieuwenhof rider Gilles Thomas, jumped to a fourth place with the black ten-year-old stallion Elfra van Beek Z (El Salvador x Vagabond de la Pomme). Saladin ‘S’, Toulini Olympic and Constantin 110 also joined the truck heading for Eindhoven to gain experience and mileage in the big and arena at the Karpendonkse Plas in Eindhoven. Another successful weekend, allowing Gilles to work towards the next big appointments with confidence.
While Gilles jumped into the limelight in Eindhoven, so did Ines Van Dijck at the Azelhof in Lier. Ines finished in a nice sixth place with J. Comghorla van Beek Z (Comme il Faut x Padinus) in the final ranking of the Belgian Championships for Juniors. It was not only a great day for Stal Nieuwenhof, but also a day to remember for breeder Guido Herijgers of stable ‘T Eirbissemhof in Hoogstraten who bred both Elfra and J. Comghorla van Beek.
