Busy weeks for Gilles Thomas
At the end of March and the beginning of April, Gilles Thomas was in Mexico City with Elfra van Beek and Luna van het Dennehof. Luna jumped to second place in a 1.50m class. Elfra van Beek took seventh place in the 1.60m Grand Prix.
The week after Mexico, the action moved to Compiègne, France, where Junius Vd Heffinck Z, Qiara De Kalvarie and LavanocheT&L were given playtime. This week, Gilles is competing at homeground. He has brought Feromas van Beek Z and Qiara De Kalvarie to Bonheiden. Both horses stayed clear in their first competition.
Next week, Gilles will be in Lier and will start with Qalista DN in the 3* Nations Cup. The following week, the Nieuwenhof rider will be competing in the 5* Fontainebleau. And the Global Champions Tour in Shanghai is scheduled for the week after that.
