Gilles will remember last weekend for a long time. He was allowed to represent his team's colors for the first time at the GCT in Hamburg. Gilles counted on Feromas van Beek Z for team jumping. For Feromas this was the first time that he would jump at 1m55 level. He did an excellent job and so Gilles and Feromas jumped together with Marcus Ehning and Pret a tout to a nice 3rd place. This allowed their team " Valkenswaard United" to strengthen their leading position with 4 rounds of 16 to go. For Gilles this was a very beautiful moment. Being able to contribute to this very strong team together with his great example Marcus Ehning and finish on the podium right away on his debut is something we could only have dreamed of. Uncas also went to Hamburg and jumped excellently in the 1m60 GP. Unfortunately they got 1 fault in this tough GP in which there was only 1 clear combination in the end. They managed to qualify with a 12th place. Hamburg was a weekend that we will always remember.
