Gilles Thomas and Riesling van ’t Roosakker on the podium in Liège

Gilles Thomas and our horses delivered some strong performances at CSI4* Liège last weekend. The highlight was Riesling van ’t Roosakker’s third place in Friday’s 1.50m class.

Riesling van ’t Roosakker started on Thursday with a clear round in the 1.40m class. The following day, he stepped up in style: a double clear and a time of 42.79 seconds secured an excellent third place over 1.50m with Gilles in the saddle.

Tapis-Plain van de Lentamel also earned a strong placing. In Thursday’s class for six- and seven-year-old horses, he jumped clear in both phases over 1.30m. His second-phase time of 27.56 seconds earned him fourth place.

Riviera van het Dennehof rounded off the show on Sunday with a clear round in the 1.40m class. Gilles guided her to seventh place in a time of 57.58 seconds.
